A house isn't finished when the last coat of paint dries — it's finished the day it starts feeling like yours. We design human-centred homes: aesthetically resolved, generous with light and air, and planned around how a family actually lives. You bring the vision. We give it a form, a budget and a date.
Stone, timber, cane, brass, hand-worked walls. Materials that are what they appear to be — and that age into something better than the day they were installed.
We plan for the light before we plan for the furniture — where it enters, what it falls on, and what it's allowed to leave in shadow. Proportion does the rest.
Circulation that doesn't fight you, storage where your hand already reaches, seating you don't want to get up from. Comfort is planning long before it is upholstery.
Restrained palettes held inside one family, with colour and texture concentrated where they earn attention — one wall, one surface, one moment. A home should be easy on the eye at the end of a long day.
A well-planned home makes life easier every single day. That shouldn't be reserved for the largest budgets — so we built a way to deliver considered, fully resolved interiors at a fraction of what they normally cost.
Design fee. Execution and materials are costed separately, and we'll tell you that number before you start.
Every project is modelled before it is built, so we know the quantities before the material is ordered. That's what keeps site variation inside 5–10% instead of turning into a mid-project surprise.
Built in-house on months of material research: every one of our themes priced element by element, across four finish levels, for each of our cities. It tells us — and you — what a home will cost and when the money will be needed, before the project starts.
Scheduling and tracking decide what reaches site and when. Most delays are logistics rather than construction, so that's where we spend the attention.
We use AI to take the repetition out of producing and adapting designs. Fewer hours spent on documentation is exactly what lets us offer a serious design service at a package price. The thinking stays human.
Every one of our themes is built at four finish levels. The layout doesn't change. The proportions don't change. The feeling doesn't change. The materials move to meet the number you gave us.

Each theme is a complete material world — floor, walls, joinery, metal, stone, fabric and light, decided together so nothing in your home can clash. Choose one, and the house is coherent from day one.
Eka is the only theme where any colour is selectable. The design is fixed and fully resolved — the colour is entirely yours. Choose it once and the whole house follows: floor, walls, ceiling, joinery, counters, sofa, curtains, each in a lighter or deeper version of that one colour.
We work in plans. Rather than one price for everyone, you decide how far we come with you — and you make that choice against your budget, not against ours. At one end sits Essentials: a design already resolved, a lighter amount of our time, and our team still beside you until the house is built. At the other sits Signature: one family, one design, drawn from nothing.
The plan decides how far we go with you. The finish level decides what it's made of. They're separate choices — so a bespoke design can be built in modest materials, and a package design can be built in the finest ones.
Every plan, in full detail — what's included, what isn't, and where the add-ons sit.
View our client brochure →Most of the anxiety in building a home comes from not knowing the number. Before a single drawing, we can tell you what your home is likely to cost — space by space, finish by finish — and where the money will be needed across the project. If you already have a figure in mind, we design to it.
Either way, you'll know before you commit.
